Our school programs offer a fun and educational introduction to a variety of different sports.

Each week, children will learn the basic techniques and rules of a new sport, developing their overall sports abilities but also basic movement, coordination, agility, strength and motor skills Each of our classes consists of:

a brief warm-up
a skill-building exercise related to the particular sport
and concludes with small-sided games.
